1. What personal data we process

When you contact us, we may process data you provide yourself, such as your name, email address, company name and the content of your message. Using the website may also involve necessary technical data, such as your IP address, being processed so that the website works properly and stays secure. We limit ourselves to the data required for that purpose.

The contact form on the site does not yet send any data. You can email us directly; online booking is not yet available.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer your questions, make arrangements, deliver our services and keep the website secure and easy to use. Depending on the situation, the legal basis is consent, the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest. You can withdraw given consent at any time.

3. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. Data is only shared where necessary to deliver our services or to comply with a legal obligation. Parties that process personal data on our behalf, such as hosting and email services, handle it under appropriate privacy and security agreements.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site stores your cookie choice on this device so that we can remember it. At present we use no analytics or marketing cookies and load no related measurement or advertising scripts. If we add these later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent in advance where required.

You can reset your choice at any time via ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. You can also delete stored website data through your browser settings.

5. Retention periods

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Where a statutory retention period applies, we follow the applicable Dutch term. Data based solely on consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn, or as long as the purpose requires.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website uses a secure connection and access to personal data is limited to those who need it. If you think your data is not properly secured, please contact us.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it and, where applicable, request data portability. Send your request to hallo@rubenoud.nl. We respond in principle within one month and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

9. Website statistics

There is currently no analytics service using analytics or marketing cookies on this website. If we add one later, we will set out what data it collects, why, and how you can manage your choice.

10. Social media and third-party content

The site contains links to Instagram and LinkedIn. When you click such a link, you leave our site and that party's privacy policy applies. There are currently no embedded social media posts or videos on this website.
